Why create a “Black Sheep” Diplomat Site?
Social media gives a voice to anyone willing to speak, for better or for worst. Creating this site may in fact be doing the same. However, the intent is to discuss issues of international relevance from a unique perspective and articulate matters of concern from a somewhat unique perspective. The reference to “black sheep” is meant to signify an “outcast’s” view on issues, skillfully (the extent to which is relative) conveyed, to an audience of astute and impactful people that can affect change on a national and global scale. A “Black Sheep” diplomat is not appointed by, nor do they represent a government. They’ll express the feelings and thoughts of non-experts , “ordinary” people, in a way understandable by those more formally educated, and or elite. Black Sheep
